L’isolement progresse : Grand Accord Arabie-Russie et Poutine invité à Ryad

Tout ceci ne fera qu’ajouter grandement à la dynamique galopante et vertueuse du désordre transformé en hyperdésordre du monde, même quand il s’agit d’un événement qu’on devrait mettre dans le rangement des choses structurées. En marge du Sommet Economique de Saint-Petersbourg (le Davos de l’Est) salué par les ricanements de Washington, les sarcasmes du Financial Times et un compte-rendu historique de Bloomberg.News, Poutine a rencontré une très forte délégation de l’Arabie Saoudite, composée des personnalités les plus puissantes à part le roi du royaume new-style. Des accords extrêmement importants ont été passés, notamment pour stabiliser le marché du pétrole et Poutine a reçu une invitation officielle et majestueuse de se rendre à Ryad... (Bien entendu, invitation réciproque de Poutine au Roi, pour qu’il vienne à Moscou.)

It sounds unlikely, particularly with all the talk about the U.S. and Saudi Arabia secretly agreeing to collapse Russia’s economy by crashing the price of oil in 2014, not to mention how the two countries diametrically oppose one another on issues such as Syria, Iran, and Yemen...», écrit Russia Insider, le 20 juin 2015.

Ainsi progresse l’isolement de la Russie ... Poutine ne va pas au G7 et le Roi d’Arabie ne va pas à la conférence pour les États du Golfe convoquée il y a quelques semaines par Obama à Camp-David ; mais il ira à Ryad et le Roi viendra à Moscou. Ce grand apparat survient sans que la Russie ait changé un kopek à sa politique syrienne, tandis que le bloc BAO, France en tête avec “maîtrise”, ne cesse de hurler à la mort d’Assad pour pouvoir mieux faire le beau dans les eaux du Golfe. A chacun sa stratégie, et pour chacun la dignité qui lui convient, avec les résultats à mesure.

... On en restera au fait brut, cela suffit pour aujourd’hui, en attendant avec intérêt les prolongements de ce remarquable épisode nouveau dans les relations internationales. Il se chuchote déjà que l’Arabie voit aussi avec intérêt l’élargissement considérable de sa fourniture en armements russes, ce qui va permettre d’élargir le constat du très grand succès de la politique-Système courante du bloc BAO, à la fois pour isoler Moscou et pour conserver l’exclusivité des relations stratégiques avec l’Arabie. On attendra avec intérêt de savoir en quelle(s) devise(s) se feront les échanges Russie-Arabie qui partiraient sur un pied si nouveau, et si l’Arabie sera un jour intéressée par une place chez les BRICS ou une adhésion à l’OCS...

Naimi - the redoubtable 80-year-old boss of Arabian black gold - is a living legend in the Kingdom (he started his career with Saudi Aramco at the age of 11), and wields more power there than anyone who isn’t the king. Statements from him on Saudi energy policy are not thoughts or opinions. Rather, they are facts and policies; and they would never be stated without the explicit approval and authority of the king. Put simply, Mr. Naimi just declared a new direction in Saudi Arabian foreign policy.

During his meeting with President Putin, Prince Muhammad publicy announced that his father had offically invited the Russian president to the Kingdom, stating, “I have the honor to pass on an invitation to visit the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as we regard Russia as one of the important states in the contemporary world, and our relations have roots in the past.” Mr. Putin accepted the king’s invitation to visit the Gulf state and in turn announced that he had invited the king to Moscow, which the deputy crown prince confirmed had been accepted. These meetings – if and when they take place – will be events to be followed very closely.»
