About greek "philosophers", it is not as simple as we were taught…
Apart from noticeable geniuses like HERACLITUS, ARISTOTLE and, up to a point, PLATO… it's a bunch of fools.
They dispised their own religion (Olympism) to end in neo-platonism… there is nothing rational here…
They began to worship average instead of former excellence.
At last, their foolish demos-cratos fell into foreign barbarous hands.
It did not last more than 2 centuries…at best.
